One year after the Like button, which gives you a quick way to share links on your wall, Facebook launches the Send button, to only share them with chosen persons.
You can share a page with one or several friends or a Facebook group, using their usernames or e-mails. Content is sent on your recipient’s Facebook inbox or mailbox.
Use the Send button to tell your sister you found the perfect present for your mother on 1-800 Flowers or share a relevant article you read on New-York Times with your colleagues.
This new module brings more privacy to Facebook information sharing.
The Send button can be installed on your website as easily as the Like one (cf. technical documentation).
